No Resisting these Bands!

Resistance bands should have a better name. What is going to motivate me when its called "resistance"?
This set of bands is so bright and colorful it gets me moving!

This set is great! 

I love that each band is clearly labeled with the weight of resistance. They range from 5lbs up to 40lbs. Of course, you always have the option to use multiple bands to increase the resistance.

There are so many options with this set!

They are really well made and everything is included! In addition to the bands you also get two padded handles, an ankle strap, an oversized door anchor and a nylon bag to store everything!

Excuses are out the window when you purchase this set because they even include  access to their online downloadable workout guides!
It is hard to believe that this set is under $25 on Amazon!
