Perfect Pizza Dough

My boys love helping in the kitchen. One of their favorite things to make is pizza. We also make a lot of Stromboli, yum!


When we roll the dough, we always end up with areas that are super thin and others that are way to thick. I figured it was just the nature of the beast. 

These silicone measuring strips are the answer!

There are three different thicknesses and each one is color coded. There is burgundy which is 1/4", white which is 1/8" and blue which is 1/16".

They are really simple to use. Just place them on the prepared surface and roll out the dough. The strips don't give under pressure and the dough is rolled out to the height of the strips.
