In my house, we eat a LOT of eggs! 
Omelettes are one of our favorites. I am not so good at the cooking of the omelette. 
Maybe its me, but its difficult to put down just the right amount of egg so that it cooks enough that when you fold it over the inside is cooked and the outside isn't overcooked.
Like I said, maybe its me.
I have wanted to get one of these omelette pans forever! I haven't wanted to spend the money and then have my omelette dreams crushed by finding out that they don't really work.
I am THRILLED to report that THIS omelette pan has me wanting to make omelettes every stinking day!
I have used it several times in the last week and have never had anything stick.
I have not had anything cook unevenly, it is fabulous!!
