I am thrilled about my new hammock! I have always wanted to lay hammock bound in the yard stargazing for hours. Just me and my thoughts swaying in the night air. Is it obvious that I have a vision of hammock heaven?
I got an awesome hammock on Amazon. It is a camping hammock so I'm thinking it will be pretty heavy duty. It is 100% high strength breathable tear resistant nylon fabric. It is very light, it feels like a parachute.
My boys ran around the yard with it thinking that they would take off. Seriously, this is the world that I live in. They are completely delusional. I think it might be nice to actually believe that I would take flight on any random day given the proper conditions like say a hammock.Did I mention that this sucker can support up to 600lbs. I expect to only be able to enjoy oneness on rare occasions so we just might test that limit!
It has hook holder for easy and quick set up.
So, what am I waiting for? Why isn't my butt blissfully blowing in the breeze?
I have NO trees! NONE! So, why did I get a hammock? Because it will bring happiness never before experienced by me. The hammock and I will become one. I just have to get a couple of wood posts and some quik-crete.
So, that's all that stands between me and this glorious experience. I hope to have it up in the next few days. I am giddy with excitement.
