Train your waist? Really?

Everywhere I turn I'm hearing about these waist trimmers. All of the celebrities are using them to get super tiny waists. So can I!
This waist trimmer by Neopromedical is designed to be used for weight loss and offer lumbar support for weight training.
I wore it under my clothes and it isn't bulky at all. I don't think anyone could even tell I was wearing it.
I have only been testing it out for a week and I don't wear it 24/7. I'm sure there are people who are THAT dedicated, I'm not her. I haven't noticed any substantial change. I also haven't been exercising...SOOOOO I can't complain.
I have to assume that with continued use and exercise there would be a substantial impact.
