Coconut Oil the EASY way!


I have known about the benefits of coconut oil for a while and I try to slip it in when I think about it. 

Unfortunately, I forget. 

I don't forget to take my pile of supplements everyday though, so adding one more in makes my life simpler!

These are pretty large, but they go down pretty easy.

Coconut oil is suppose to boost energy levels, I can't say that I have noticed any increase so far.

It is suppose to improve digestion and assist with the absorption of vitamins, minerals ad amino acids.

I have been taking them for a few weeks and I have lost 5 lbs. I didn't realize that weight loss was one of the added benefits of coconut oil. Adding these supplements is the only thing that I have changed, so I have to guess thats causing the weight loss.
