Waterproof iPhone Case under $20!

I'm really hard on my cell phones. I need a case that will REALLY protect it.

This case is pretty spectacular.

I like the color, its bright and fun. 

The instructions that come with it say to first seal the case with a tissue inside and submerge it in water for 30 minutes. I did it and the tissue was dry! I was really impressed!

I knew my phone would be safe in this case.

The case has a rubber gasket to keep the seal. 

 This case isn't bulky, which I really like. So many cases make the phone heavy and awkward.
