Exercise balls are AWESOME!

I love exercise balls!  They have so many uses, I mean come on, I'm not exercising with it!

Exercise balls are great for kids, any kids, but really great for kids with Sensory Processing Disorder. My 8 year old is able to focus on homework much better while bouncing on the ball. He also sits on it while he watches TV or plays video games. He likes to roll across it on his stomach. It is really a great tool for anyone building up their home sensory gym.

Its great for strengthening your core muscles. I know that a lot of people use them at their desks and it really helps with back pain.

This ball is REALLY big 98inches! It comes with a pump, but it was pretty exhausting, almost like exercising. Fortunately, we have an electric air pump, so I used that! SO much easier!

Omega 3 is a necessity!

The benefits of Omega 3 are undeniable. Seems like there is something beneficial in there for everyone!

They support the brain, heart and joint health, I think we all want to keep those things in good working order!

This supplement is easy to take and did not cause me any of those nasty burps. There was no funky smell to the bottle when I opened it, major benefit there!

EVERYONE should own this First Aid Kit!!

With two wild and crazy boys, we are always in need of some sort of first aid item!

This first aid kit has it all and then some!

It is small and lightweight. I will definitely be packing it with us anytime we head out with the cub scouts!

Inside you'll find all of the usual stuff like band-aids, antibacterial ointment and gauze. What I was surprised to find was tweezers, scissors, a compass, a glow stick, a sewing kit, a disposable raincoat, a CPR mask and a disposable emergency blanket!


When I say it has it all and then some, I am not kidding!

I plan to keep it in my van at all times. I figure that way whether the kids fall outside in the yard or out on the soccer field, I will be prepared!

LED light Therapy is THE best at home skin treatment!!!

I have been reading about at home LED light therapy for several years. The equipment has always been CRAZY expensive! Until now!! Rejuven Light is under $90 on Amazon right now!

I was super excited to have been chosen to test and review this machine.

Right off I was impressed with the way it was packaged. Everything was perfectly placed in the box with satin lining. 

In the box is the handheld device, protective goggles, a plug and four different light attachments.

The benefits of each light are as follows:

• Red - Brightens and evens the skin tone. Proliferates collagen protein and diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It firms and repairs damaged skin.
• Yellow - Relieves irriration and aims to enhance the immunity within the skin. It also stimulates the lymphatic and nervous system to rid the skin of toxins and increase circulation. this treatment is best used on swollen and sensitive skin.
• Blue - Kills bacterium from within the skin while diminishing inflammation and preventing acne and breakouts.
• Green - Calms and balances skin tone. It helps breakdown and prevent uneven pigment production. 

Treatment is simple. You pick the LED attach it to the wand. Glide it over your face focusing on one area at a time for 2 - 3 minutes.

I was expecting it to get warm or be uncomfortable but it wasn't. 

There was no irritation afterwards.  I always apply a vitamin C serum afterwards along with a moisturizer.

I have been using it everyday for almost two weeks and I have already noticed plumping. My "11"s are still there but definitely reduced.

This little light is so cool!

It has two little adjustable lights with three different settings. 

Its great to clip on to a workbench since you can bend the light right where you need it.  Although the lights are small they are REALLY bright and focus directly where they are pointed.

Working in a cabinet or closet is completely lit up thanks to this little light.

My son likes to take it into his reading nook. 

It charges with a USB cable so no batteries or plug to drag around.

Taco Tuesday the EASY way!

Around our house Tuesdays are for tacos! Yeah, just like in the Lego Movie!

Making tacos is a pain in my butt. Logan loves them. He requires that I put each ingredient on the table so that he can assemble his tacos the way he wants. That means a lot of dishes. But it makes him happy so of course I do it. I am such an awesome mom! 

Back to Logan assembling his own taco. He loves doing it but he gets all kinds of pissed every time the shell falls over. He seems surprised each and every time! It has become comical, if we don't laugh, oh we will most certainly be driven insane! 

Back to Logan assembling his own taco, AGAIN! I know how much he loves being independent and creating his very own taco creation so I had to find a way to make it a little less aggravating for him. 

Enter the taco holder! 

We used it for the first time this week and everyone's' tacos stayed standing! It was a sight to behold!

We used it for hard and soft tacos. It worked great! I'm a bit ashamed that it has taken me this long to get on board with these things!

Liam's favorite food right now is hot dogs. Guess what?! We will be using the taco holders to keep Liam's hot dogs from rolling over this weekend!

They are dishwasher safe and even oven safe! They store easily by stacking them!
