Feet need Gel!

Why live without gel insoles? I just won't do it.

My hubby's work boots cause him to be uncomfortable all the time.

The underside shows where to cut to fit perfectly. They slip into the shoes easily. They are super thin don't cause the shoes to become tight.

Sandalwood brings me Clarity

Onward into the wonderful world of essential oils. There is so much to learn.

I have heard how great sandalwood is but only recently got some.

I will never be without it! I have four diffuses in my house and I have had sandalwood in all of them for the last few weeks. 

As soon as I walk into the house, I smell it and it puts me at ease almost instantly.

Massage Balls - Oh Yeah!

Back pain is a constant for me. I am always looking for ways to find relief.

When I received these massage balls, my immediate thought was, how are these huge hard plastic balls going to soothe my sore back.

Setting them up is simple. Just wrap the strap around a desk chair or even a car seat. They are easy to adjust with the stretchy velcro strap.

Next, sit down and put the balls in the appropriate area to address the pain. Its great because they move up or down and in and out. Where ever the pain is, it is easy to address.

The question, does it work? YES! I really didn't expect it to, but it does. Leaning back against them just rocking will work on those tight sore muscles.

Okay, I love the tagline for this serum, "for an ageless you".

This cream was developed to attack problem areas and uncover healthier skin. It claims to help fade crow's feet and smoothen laugh lines while hydrating and increasing tightness.

I have been using it along with the Micrite 3D anti-wrinkle serum for almost 2 weeks. After washing my face before bed, I apply both. 

Neither has any noticeable smell and they are both creamy and don't leave my skin feeling sticky.

I have notice a bit of a difference in the overall smoothness of my skin. I even think that its a bit plumper already. Its only been 2 weeks so my fingers are crossed that I continue to see improvement.

This stretch mark remover is made from all natural organic therapeutic grade oils.  It smells great! The main oils are mandarin, petitgrain and neroli.

It was developed to hydrate and moisturize your skin. It melts into the skin to revitalize and repair it.

I have use products with claims of removing stretch marks and scars. They all have one thing in common, they are all creamy and like lotions. They seem to sit on the surface and leave my skin feeling greasy.

This is more like essential oils. It gets absorbed into the skin right away. There is no greasy residue left behind.

I have used it twice a day for almost 2 weeks. I can tell a slight improvement, which is impressive in my book!

Prevent Flat Head Syndrome!

Oh, how I wish I had one of these when my boys were born.
