Great Yoga Towel

I am definitely a noob when it comes to yoga, but I have already learned how important a quality yoga towel can be.
Most of the time, you don't need to bring your own mat, but that means your sitting in someone else's "stuff". eww. With this towel you are in your happy place! The included carrying bag makes it really easy to always have it on hand.
If you do have your own mat, you are going to want to protect it! This towel will extend the life of your mat by acting as a soft shield. It will also prevent the growth of bacteria and microbes.
The material is a premium microfiber blend. It is super absorbent and allows the fabric to breath and dry that sweat quickly.
Maybe one of the most important things about this towel - its machine washable!

Great Beginner Sculpting set!

I have used several products from US Art Supply. I have been very pleased with everything.
When I ordered this Sculpting set, I had high expectations.
This 12 piece set includes:

It also comes with a great canvas zippered carrying case.
This is definitely a beginners set, but it is well made! I have been working with my kids with this set and we have all had a great time!

Amazing Gentle Cleanser!

If you have been looking for a gentle cleanser, look no further!

This facial cleanser is the best I have used!

Simple enough, just apply a small amount to damp skin and massage in to create a later. They do recommend concentrating on trouble areas like the dreaded "T-zone". After rinsing with water, apply serum and moisturizer.

This stuff smells AMAZING!! 

I have not had any problems with irritation.

I am so thrilled with this umbrella!
This great looking umbrella has a leather handle and auto open and close! With just the push of a button this umbrella can open and close in seconds!
It is compact enough to fit in a large purse or diaper bag. 
Even though its compact, this thing is strong!  It is really made to last with heavy duty fabric that resists rips and tears and a super strong metal frame!

Awesome iPhone bundle!

I have finally moved from Android to Apple. That means the next thing to purchase is a cover to protect that investment.
I found this really great bundle on Amazon. 
It comes with a tempered glass screen protector. It was really easy to put on and a perfect fit.
It also has a transparent back that doesn't cover the iPhone design. But if you do want to cover the phone itself, you can print out your favorite picture and put it inside this case! Boom - personalized phone cover that you can change everyday if you wanted to!
My favorite part of this set is the bumper. Thats where my phones take the most abuse. This bumper wraps around the phone over the clear case. That gives the phone double protection!

It also comes with a really nice charging cable. The case wrapping it is a denim material.
There is also an extra long 23" lanyard that clips to the phone. I'm not using it right now, but it is a great option to have on hand.

Your Wrists need a Rest!

Having a wrist rest for typing has gotten to be a requirement!
I haven't had a wrist pad for a while. I think it got thrown out when we moved a few years ago. Now that I am typing regularly, I started noticing my wrist hurting. I know, I know, old age, right? Lets play nice!
I had completely forgotten about the wrist pad and how much it relieved my wrist pain, until I started using one again.
Within a few days, the pain that had been almost constant had completely gone. 
The pain had gotten to the point that I could only stand to type for a short bit before needing to rest. 
Its hard to believe that such a small investment could make such a huge difference!
Cushion Care has really made a great product. The pad is squishy and filled with gel which makes it really comfortable. The mouse pad seems slightly large, which I actually prefer.

Bentonite Clay has Amazing Benefits!

Sodium Bentonite clay has amazing healing benefits.

This clay has electromagnetic properties which make it very absorbent and helpful for drawing out metals and toxins. Because of this Bentonite clay is most effective if it doesn't come in contact with metal before use. Mix it with wood in a plastic or glass bowl for best results.
Here are a few of my favorite recipes:

Basic Clay Mask Recipe - Feel rejuvenated and increase circulation in your face

• 1-3 tsps clay
• 1-3 tsp apple cider vinegar or water
• Non-metallic bowl and spoon for mixing.

Mix until chunky consistency. Apply to the face with fingers. Relax and leave the mask on for about 20 - 30 minutes. You will start to feel a tingly sensation on your skin, the clay is at work absorbing the trace minerals. Around 15 minutes the clay will start to dry. Rinse the mask before it starts to flake into a hard shell.

Clay Mask Hair Detox

• 1 cup brewed herbal tea or water
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 3/4 cup clay
• 10 drops of your choice of essential oil

Let the tea cool and strain it out. Pour the tea and apple cider vinegar into your bowl. Add the clay and mix until it is the consistency of yogurt. Add in your oils. You can store it in an air tight container for up to a week.  To Use: wet hair and massage a handful of the mixture into the hair starting at the roots and working you way down until the hair is coated. Leave on for 5 - 20 minutes but do not let it dry. Rinse with warm water.

Clay Toothpaste

• 1/4 cup clay
• 3/8 cup boiling water
• 1/4 tsp real salt
• 15 - 25 drops Stevia
• 10-12 drops peppermint essential oil
• 4 - 6 drops tea tree oil

Mix everything together and taste a bit with you fingertip. Add more oil or stevia depending on your taste. Storing in a small glass mason jar works well, because you can dip the tip of your brush right in.
