If your Pencil MUST be Sharp - Check this out!!

I have boys that require a sharp point. If the pencil becomes dull, which it does constantly because the press down so incredibly hard that the point retreats in defeat instantly..If the pencil becomes dull everything must stop and the pencil must be sharpened.
 

You have to get up pretty much in the middle of the day to get things over on me!

 
I have no fewer than 10 pencils on hand and ready to write at all times.
 
What's my point? We have been through a few electric sharpeners. I have NEVER used one like this!
 
This sharpener is crazy powerful! It saws through the pencil like a chainsaw on butter.
 
Typically, when I have sharpened a pencil in an electric sharpener, you have to sot of turn the pencil against the blade as its sharpening. If you don't you end up with a lopsided point. That is completely  unacceptable!  This sharpener does all the work for you and it does it fast! It knows when to stop too!! Your pencil gets sharpened perfectly! Its a thing of beauty.

Its relatively quiet.

It has suction cups on the bottom. It really grabs onto the tabletop.
 
It has 6 sizing options. I'm not sure why, I think I have only seen 2 different size pencils.
 
The waste bin is large, which I love. I do not love seeing shavings sprinkled through the house on the way to the trashcan by my little "helper".

Great Labor Kit by Mama Bear!

"They" tell us that having a better birth lies in mommy's ability to relax during labor.

My sweet niece is expecting her second baby in August. I have been picking things up here and there for her and baby.

I saw this set and thought it was a cute addition to the rest of the goodies.

It includes a massager to ease those tense muscles. A stress ball to give Dad a break. Lastly, a hot compress to help manage back labor.

Now, I have had four beautiful sons. I am not stupid. I know how nuts labor gets. I don't HONESTLY think that any of this will be brought out DURING labor. I do, however, hope that she will get some relief in the last few long and painful weeks of pregnancy.

Nice HDMI Output and VGA inpt adapter

I don't have a ton of experience with electronics and their adaptors. 

Thankfully, my hubby does! I'm not really interested in learning either..wink wink...I'm just a silly girl, I don't know nothin bout birthin' no babies...you get where I'm goin?

I do know that we needed an adapter for my husband to connect his work laptop to our monitor at home. I came across this and for the price thought, we can't go wrong!

Luckily, it was just what he needed! He easily hooked everything up and was a happy camper.

It seems to be very well made and solid. The cables are all long enough for our needs.

My Hiney will Happily Hang out High in a Hammock, Thank you...

I am thrilled about my new hammock! I have always wanted to lay hammock bound in the yard stargazing for hours. Just me and my thoughts swaying in the night air.

Is it obvious that I have a vision of hammock heaven?

I got an awesome hammock on Amazon. It is a camping hammock so I'm thinking it will be pretty heavy  duty.  It is 100% high strength breathable tear resistant nylon fabric. It is very light, it feels like a parachute.

My boys ran around the yard with it thinking that they would take off. Seriously, this is the world that I live in. They are completely delusional. I think it might be nice to actually believe that I would take flight on any random day given the proper conditions like say a hammock.

Did I mention that this sucker can support up to 600lbs. I expect to only be able to enjoy oneness on rare occasions so we just might test that limit!

It has hook holder for easy and quick set up.

So, what am I waiting for? Why isn't my butt blissfully blowing in the breeze?

I have NO trees! NONE! So, why did I get a hammock? Because it will bring happiness never before experienced by me. The hammock and I will become one. I just have to get a couple of wood posts and some quik-crete.

So, that's all that stands between me and this glorious experience. I hope to have it up in the next few days. I am giddy with excitement.

Toaster Bags? SOOO Much better than I Expected!!!

I have seen these nonstick reusable toaster bags in the grocery store. I'm lazy, so sure, I was interested. I had to keep up appearances so I didn't dare buy it in the light of day. No, I went home like the hella-good mom I am and ordered it on Amazon!

I am not lying to you when I tell you that I LOVE these bags! I want to meet the woman (I know its a woman) that invented these and hug her and possibly tell her that I love her!

I hate soggy reheated microwave food. EWW! But with these bags, AMAZ-BALLZ! Seriously!

Each package comes with 3 bags. They are reusable. Just rinse them out and your good to go!


On a side note, these bags keep the crumbs out of the toaster. I am all about that!

On a healthy note, they are great for traveling. No need to consume someone else's toast crumbs. Bring these bags with you and your food is safe! Which is also helpful is your living gluten free.
