It is ridiculously easy to use. You just insert the probe 2-4 inches into the soil. You'll need to adjust the position of the probe until the pointer on the dial swings a bit. After a few minutes check the moisture level.

Having this information can be helpful for healthy plants. No more over or under watering.

Joystick Game Pad Controller for Wii U!

Our Wii U is difficult for my 5 year old to control.  The controllers are a point and move with your hand kind of thing. It is frustrating for me sometimes to get things where they are suppose to be.

I was really excited to find out that there was a standard joystick controller. It is very similar to the controllers for the Xbox.

Setting it up was really quick and easy. I charged it overnight with the included USB cable. The back of the controller has a red connect button. You just hold it down while the Wii is in the set up mode to connect the new controller with the Wii U. That's it your all set up to play.


It is definitely easier to control with this controller.

I have been very happy with this controller and would definitely recommend it.

Comfy Baseball Hat

This baseball hat is 100% cotton with an adjustable Velcro strap in the back. They offer it in Khaki, Black, Army  Green and Navy Blue.

It is really soft and comfortable. The material is really soft.

I do think it runs a bit small. Even though it does say one size fits all, it was still a bit snug for my husband.


The stitching is great. It seems very well made.

Lansing makes an AWESOME Selfie Stick

This is my first selfie stick.  Smirking is not necessary...I like that it plugs in rather than using Bluetooth. I always have issues with connecting, it seems to take forever and its just an extra step that I can do without.


There is no battery since it runs off of your phone.

My phone is held firmly so I had no concern of it falling out.

I am surprised at how light it is and yet it is very sturdy. The extension pole is very stable.

It is easy to use. My 8 year old and 5 year old were setting it up and taking selfies within a few minutes.

I was really surprised at how long the reach is, it seems to keep going and going.

They have several different color options. They are all pretty, it makes it hard to choose!

The Power of Tea Tree Oil

I have been learning about essential oils lately and continue to be surprised by all of the benefits.

This tea tree foot and body scrub has tons of benefits offered by the tea tree oil. I didn't realize that tea tree oil is used for skin conditions. Some that they list as being treated are:

• ring worm
• athlete's foot
• corns
• cuts and scrapes
• chicken pox
• warts and acne
• itchy insect bites

It also helps with minor wounds to encourage healing and fight infection.

This body and foot scrub is magical

It feels crazy good on your feet. Now if only I could convince someone in my house to rub it on my feet while I sit back and relax. HMMMMM

It looks and feels like fine sand. It has a pretty strong smell and I am not a fan. It isn't like any tea tree oil that I am familiar with. I can't really describe it. It isn't offensive or chemically, its just odd. I think they could improve on that for sure! But not to worry, once you rinse the smell is gone.

My legs and feet are so smooth and soft after using this scrub.

When you have kids they need stuff. A lot of stuff!

Its hard to be organized when there is tons of stuff and seemingly no place to put it all. This backseat organizer is the best I have used.

There is a ridiculous amount of storage in this thing!

Everything is within reach of my kiddo. Now, he can access anything he wants and put it back. It is awesome. I can not tell you how much easier a long drive is when they are able to pack what they want for the trip and then access it themselves. Everyone has a better experience.

It installs super easily.  The straps are out of view. I don't even notice it being there.

An added bonus, no more kicking my seat! WOO HOO!

This organizer will definitely be in use for a LONG time! I can't imagine life without it now.

I am not using the visor organizer. I want to, but I don't like the idea of loosing the mirror. I may at some point try it out, but for now my 5 year old is using it as a portable work station.

Super Vitamin C is SUPER!

When I first read about this serum, I thought, well what makes it different from all of the others. Then I read that they only make a small amount each month and nearly all of it is sold on Amazon. That means that the serum is less than a month old. Its fresher and that means more efficient. That got me interested.

I like that it came with a dropper that replaces the top once you start using it.

This serum is not greasy. It can be applied twice a day under moisturizer.  I have only been using it for a week and I have noticed a tightness. It doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky.  

Within a day I noticed an overall smoothness.
