Neoprene Phone Clip-on Pouch

This phone case is nice. Its soft. The clip works well to hold the phone securely. I have a Samsung Note and it doesn't fit. My son's Samsung Galaxy fits great, without a case. When the case is on the phone will fit but its VERY snug.

The company claims that this case will deflect up to 99% of the cell phone radiation away from your reproductive organs.  I obviously have no way to confirm that. If that is a concern for you, you should definitely check into this case.

No need for buggy burgers! Scrub that Grill!

We grill out A LOT! My hubby has a theory, clean the grill in spring and that is it! EWW! right!? His thought is that the deliciousness from past foods will make everything else more tasty. I say, no, your tasting bugs and nastiness on your food. 

Now, that he has this scrubber, I am SO pleased to say that I have witnessed him cleaning the grill several times!

Maybe that was all it took or maybe I finally got through to him. Who cares! I'm just glad that I won't be finding buggy wings between my teeth!

This scrubber is really well made.

Its tough! I doesn't have any give in it when your pushing your way through last week's greasy leftovers. The handle is nice an long. Perfect for cleaning after everything is sizzling over the fire.

The company states that if the brush deteriorates under normal use, during their 6 year guarantee, return it for a replacement! Can't beat that, lucky for me I can track them down since I ordered it on Amazon!

The tongs that came with it are another story. They are basically a freebie, just don't expect much. They do their tongy thing and that is about it. They are on the small side an thin and cheaply made. I was going to let the kiddos play with them but the edges aren't really rounded off. I could see into my future with a kid with one less digit. It wasn't pretty.

How to get your son to pee INSIDE the toilet.....

Only a woman living in a house of all boys can appreciate this turmoil.

Why can't they get the pee in the toilet?

Not on the wall.

Do they make special paint that will repel the urine? Both the smell and the stain?

Not on the back of the toilet.

Good grief, it is so difficult to get the pee out of those stupid hinges! Then it runs down the sides of the toilet in the back. OMG!

All of that aside, my biggest complaint is that they constantly pee ON THE SEAT!

I have given up on that put the seat down BS, that shit is a joke! These turkeys think they have such great aim that they can just leave it down. Hey, its one less thing to do!

Which is why in our house the rule is LEAVE THE SEAT UP!

I am so damn sick of sitting in someone else's pee. Not that I enjoy sitting in my own. I don't think I have ever actually sat in my own pee. Would you believe that they won't do it?! What the WHAT! I put the seat up when I'm finished in the hope that my ass will stay pissless for an entire day.


I can not remember the last time I enjoyed a full day when my ass was not covered in someone's urine at some point.

I am constantly yelling put the seat up! Or Did you wipe the seat? Only to be told yes!

An hour later I go in, plop my fat ass down and glory be, what do ya know! Another day, another wet bum!

To all of you that tell your hubby or sons to put the seat down, think of me. Remember that there are those of us that dream of a seat left up and dry. A seat waiting completely untouched by another's pee. I would much rather sit unknowingly into a cold toilet bowl of clean water because I neglected to check that the seat was down

Perhaps you could give me some tips.

Beard Balm - Who knew?!

I had never heard of beard balm, had no clue such a product existed. 

Now, I think every guy with a beard needs to invest in this stuff! It is incredible!

It smells amazing!

It has made my hubby's facial hair soft. I think he's definitely sold on it. He is not really into stuff like this but I think I have created a monster with this stuff!

It is pretty pricey but I think it should last a while and is really worth it!

This police costume by Aeromax is made as a toddler costume, but my 5 year old fits it perfectly.

It is adorable!

We love playing make believe and having props is always a bonus!

It has a slot to insert a picture of them as the officer.


It is on the thin side almost like a hospital gown but polyester. I imagine it won't last very long with my wild kiddos. The front is held together with a couple of pieces of velcro.

Honestly for the price, you can get something much nicer.
