This peanut ball, really does do its job at attacking tight muscles.
My favorite use is under my lower back. Just lay over it and roll. It is perfect for loosening up that area.
I tried using it on the front of my shoulders, because that area does tend to get tight. I felt like it was more awkward than helpful. I may not have been doing it exactly right, that is always a possibility.
I used it on the back of my neck too. Can I tell you? It was heavenly! It gets right in there and with little to no effort at all things start to work out.
